Docker compose example for testnet

I am attempting to map the configuration here
https://github.com/stellar/stellar-core/blob/master/docs/stellar-core_testnet.cfg to a docker compose file to leverage Stellar testnet. I am making some progress but wondered if anyone has one this prior (and we could have this be another config template for users to play with).

I was able to verify an account created on testnet's Friendbot is retrievable in the docker-compose node I deployed locally using docker compose. I am not confident the settings are completely right and whether the amount of time it takes for synchronization to occur can be reduced but this is a good start.

Was able to get a simple set of flows working with my own stellar testnet nodes. Published article https://itnext.io/join-the-stellar-testnet-the-easy-way-70ae5f1e753f which also contains a link to the GitHub project (https://github.com/todkap/stellar-testnet)
