On a iMac 2019, Sequoia 15.0.1, downloaded on Safari 18.0.1 and Chrome 129.0.6668.90, both caused the same issues when trying to open the .dmg file- popping up the error message "The Disk Image Could Not Be Opened, Failed to mount filesystems"
