Could not parse `/home/[user]/greek-grammar/stack.yaml` #13

Running the steps as outlined in the Readme to host locally yields the following error messages for me:

Could not parse '/home/corey/greek-grammar/stack.yaml':
Aeson exception:
Error in $.packages[0]: failed to parse field 'packages': parsing Text failed, expected String, but encountered Object
See http://docs.haskellstack.org/en/stable/yaml_configuration/

Manjaro
urxvt
Stack
(all up-to-date)
