Describe the bug

Steps to reproduce

New a azure connector and select 'china' environment.
Fill in an azure account credentials (not azure china account).
Check the connector status.

Result

Add successfully.

Expected behavior

Add failed because the credentials are incorrect.

Environment

Walrus version: main c6bba6b
UI version: dev-8e2e304
