[Google Search API] Review and rating part of an organic result are not scraped on mobile

A customer reported that on mobile, 2-3 reviews and a rating appears as part of a result and they are not scraped.

In this example, the r-guide.jp result is scraped as an organic result, but the google rating and reviews below it (part of the same section) are not scraped.

This format seems to not appear on web. It only appears on the mobile version.

We're also parsing the rating wrong for this result. It's being parsed as 5 instead of 4.1
