I am finding tags 0, 1, 2, 3 in my tag-cloud. – I never set those numbers as tags nor can I delete them. I only see them in the tag-cloud. Not in the List and not in the link-list.

Do you have tags that consist entirely of numerical characters? (2023, 2012, ...) That's what causes these bogus tags 2031 to appear. In addition, they can't be deleted. The actual root cause of this bug is yet to be found.

Confirmed, this looks like a different bug: searching for tag 0 returns all shaares.
