Rendering issues with images above 504x656

When rendering things bigger than 504x656, I get a grey rectangle on the lower left. I tried raising the overlap, making the tile width the same as the image's with the Math Expression node, but nothing seems to work. I'm using a Radeon RX580 with 1gb of vram, Win10, 16gb of ram and running it with Miniconda + DirectML, --low-vram and --use-split-cross-attention.
