Upgrade the Tekton version to the latest v0.12 version

The Tekton already published the new v0.12 release:

As discussed, we need to support the latest one and consider if upgrade recently.

From previous community meetings, see #300 (comment) . We think bumping to a new tekton version asap is better. I took a look on the releases, some fixes I could see available on the latest version are:

• Fixes for Unexpected start times reported for skipped steps tektoncd/pipeline#2416
• Dereference the TaskSpec into TaskRun.Status. tektoncd/pipeline#2444 (improve in reconciles performance for the taskrun)
• code improvements in the reconcile for the taskrun Split reconcile into prepare and reconcile tektoncd/pipeline#2421
• security improvements for controller images Run tekton containers as nonroot 🐰 tektoncd/pipeline#2606
• kubernetes new events for the taskrun :) Emit events for all TaskRun lifecycle events tektoncd/pipeline#2329
• update events for failing taskruns Emit events when we fail to update the taskrun tektoncd/pipeline#2526

The Tekton community keep updating the new release.

The latest release is https://github.com/tektoncd/pipeline/releases/tag/v0.14.2

But I suggest we update the release one by one to make sure there is no cross releases problem.

So it is better that we can move to v0.12 soon.

I do not think one-by-one is ideal, we should just do a big jump and fix whatever problem appears, specially now that we have not shipped yet our first release.

Here is the response:
There’s going to be a v0.14.3 soon and a v0.15.0 at the beginning of August. Unless there’s something particular in v0.15 that you’re looking for you might go for v0.14.3 has it had some more time out in the wild… but I would recommend in general to try and stay close to upstream releases

So v0.14.2 is ok for us, but FYI v0.14.3 will be ready soon :)
