• An OWNERS file is necessary for PRs to merge with "/approve" and "/lgtm" Prow commands.
• Otherwise repository owners need to manually merge in GitHub (aka "green button merge")

• Local source SHIP needs additional review since once of the approvers - Enrique - will be on extended PTO
• Other maintainers will be on various PTO - fyi @sbose78
• Samples repositories should have OWNERS files added if they don't exist. This will allow pull requests to merge via Prow comments
• Try It section from shipwright-io/build should be copied into the website.
