Add generic mechnism to log in to all registries listed in apax.yml

There should be a generic way to provide login functionality to all registries that are needed and listed in the apax.yml, otherwise a build will always fail.

The secrets have to be added beforehand, but can be based on the namespace or URL (namespace being more verbose but even more generic, URL as fallback possible)
