I've been investigating a solution for issue #745

While conducting tests with the windows linux subsystem (debian) on windows 10, and using the wiki documentation and the latest version of skywire, I cannot seem to access the hypervisor UI from either the local machine or on the network.

I went so far as to compile it from source and run it, but the hypervisor remains inaccessible, as if it is not being served.

I was sure to use the -i flag or --is-hypervisor during config generation

I cross-checked this behavior with the skycoin binary release. It was able to produce the GUI web interface.

I will check if native compilation on windows makes any difference

when I run it natively in windows, the firewall warns me that it is blocking some part of the application, my guess the hypervisor UI

when i click to allow that, the hypervisor is accessible.

So this is not a bug with skywire so much as a bug with the windows linux subsystem.
