Feature description
Related to #387 . Right now skywire may be installed and run from literally anywhere. This works just fine because visor looks for its config and apps by default relatively to the current directory, specifically ./skywire-config.json and ./apps. Since, we're to put all the files into /opt/skywire on .deb package installation, visor should look there for needed files by default, so the user could run visor from anywhere without troubles.
