Description

After many discussions (see #330) we've found many deficiencies in our beloved DataStore API. In order to do a deprecation properly we need to:

  • clearly label APIs as deprecated in references in the documentaiton
  • document alternatives that can be used
  • rewrite examples which depend on the datastore

Requirements (place an x in each of the [ ])

  • I've read and understood the Contributing guidelines and have done my best effort to follow them.
  • I've read and agree to the Code of Conduct.
  • I've searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.
