Add links to each terminal's project page

As way to easily jump from arewesixelyet to a terminal. Especially useful in those that already support it, so there is no need for a link to an bug or patch.

Example use case: I am curious about the Contour terminal, but that name is a tad hard to search for. It'd be easier if there was a link to it's homepage (whether that be an actual page or a link to it's repo).
