The structured data I can extract:
Who attended the meeting, who was absent (I can use this to create a page for each person that shows the meetings they attended and missed).
Who started what motions, who seconded them. This is as close as we can get to a voting record for past meetings (without extracting the "show of hands" data from the videos). This data can also be surfaced on the "people" page.
