Request device for someone else

Hi !

An idea for a new feature :
I'm a manager. A new employee will join us. I would like to request a device.
I give the employee's arrival date, with some other info, like name, forname, department...
I receive a summary email with the provided informations and the admin (or other users with appropriate role) will have the "Requested Assets" dashboard with informations provided by the applicant. And a email reminder x days before the date.
