Can’t log in after upgrade

Hi,
I upgraded to the latest version via git and since then, I can’t log into SnipeIT anymore – with none of the users.

I get presented with the login screen, then I enter the credentials and I just get taken back to the login screen. When I go to "forgot my password" and enter my username, it says "oops, something went wrong". Someone reported a similar problem back in 2021 but hasn’t received an answer.

The attached file contains the output of the terminal of the upgrade. There are some errors that I can’t really judge and I don’t know what to do to solve them, especially the fatal error in lie 141.

I was running PHP 7.4.x, then changed to PHP 8 but it’s the same in both versions.

I’ve solved it:

I was about to try a new install in a different folder because I wanted to restore the backup.

When I checked the docs I read through the .env file and realized that I had changed the URL where SnipeIT was accessible but hadn’t changed the entry in the .env file. This was seemingly no problem until the last upgrade.

Now I’ve changed it to the correct URL and I can log in alright.
