okay.. not sure hiow or why but i uninstalled the android app and reinstalled it.. now it let me configure it and i got it connected and working. I know thats a different developer. but still wanting to potentially use a handheld scanner as the app is okay but makes bulk checkouts cumbersome. |

II've just gotten the webserver installed. assets are imported. LDAP is configured and working well. Licenses are imported.
I am at the point of testing checking out assets. we have a handheld scanner which scans the labels. but anytime i do if i put the cursor in the search field it scans it puts the correct asset # in the field then opens a new tab to "chrome://downloads/"
i heard mention of an android app but it does not let me edit the server information.
These are scanners we use for other labeled items so they might not be fully compatible. to test i opened notepad and scanned a label. it only entered part of the asset tag number and then filled the rest in when i moved the mouse.
is it even possible to scan into the webpage properly if not how do you get the app to work where you can edit your server config?
