Scalability

I setup a Snipe IT system (in Azure) for the local arm of a larger company. It has been running for about 7 months pretty flawlessly and manages about 700 asset objects.

There is some interest to expand its scope.

Does anyone have experience scaling up to numbers near or beyond 20,000 asset objects? If appropriate underlying hardware can be beefed up, are there any limitations or issues scaling? Any anecdotes or thoughts?
