Add disposal equipement document

hello,
hope you all going great.

i am new to snipeit, i think it would be better if snipeit can generate disposal document for asset, that show all the information (named of the asset, serie, date of dispose,...
and it would be better if we can upload webfile and specify where to put this information so we keep the document disposal compliant with what the company want
(something like this file )

we need this in company to prove that we give the asset to the people and also we need it to do the audit in the end of the year
