Questions on use

Hello

I have a few questions on how a couple of things work and if you can do certain things?

Hope this is an appropriate place to post these questions and hopefully somebody can help provide me with the infomration.

1. If you change the status for a asset from storage to deployed but not checked out does this audit the item or would you still need to go in and audit it to show you have verified the item?

2. If an asset is deployed to a user do they recieve an email automatticly to say the asset is due an audit?

3. Can you bulk audit?

4. Do you still send emails when updates / new releases are made? I subscribed to email notifications for all options but have yet to recieve a email to say an upgrade is available.
