After uploading the file, it reports success but cannot view and download, and after uploading, the info tab is automatically selected as the default

I'm not able to reproduce this locally. Are you receiving an error or any kind when you try to download?

I don't see any download link or icon to download, just the interface like the image I attached above. I also don't see any error message.
However, the asset management function and file upload still work well.

What version of Snipe-IT are you running?

Ah, no - look at your original screenshot. The file can't be found, that's why you can't see the download link.

Yes, I don't know what the problem is here! when it says upload successful and has a list item but can't link to the file, is this a code error? I hope you can fix it!

Since I can't reproduce it, it doesn't seem like it would be a code error. Do those files actually exist on your filesystem? Are the permissions correct to upload to that directory? What's in your app log when you try to upload?

The uploaded file doesn't really exist, but the app says it was successful and has a list of attachments, i think this is a bug due to something missing in the code. if there is no access, how can the asset function upload successfully!

Or can you guide me where to check its save folder permissions?
This is log app on version snipit : v7.1.15 - build 16052 (master)

If that were true, I wouldn't be able to upload files to components locally or on our own company's hosted instance.

I just ran this test on our instance.

Once again, what's in your app log when you try to upload?
