Generate Backup not working (TypeError)

Debug mode

I have enabled debug mode

I have read checked the Common Issues page

Describe the bug

Newly installed Snipe-IT, did it on 2 servers, first one worked, the second had an error when creating a backup. Generates the error "TypeError fwrite(): Argument #1 ($stream) must be of type resource, false given"

Expected behavior
Snipe-IT generates a backup upon clicking Generate Backup Button.

I have followed common issues solution but did not work and checked if the directories are writable.
