import licenses ignores duplicate license name, UI allows it

Describe the bug
There are cases we have same named licenses that need to be imported. Import collapses duplicate license names into 1. Other licenses are ignored.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a license import file
2. Add 2 identically named licenses but purchased on a different date and price
3. Import file
4. One of those licenses sf left out and only one is imported into snipeit

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

When adding same named licenses using the snipe it UI , it allows it. Import does not allow it

I have the same problem.
If I have for e.g. 10 licences all named "Windows 10 Pro" - but have unique serials, purchase dates, etc, only the first will be imported.

April 2023 and this is still an issue. If I add licenses via GUI it allows Software Name to be the same for separate licenses (like. Windows 10 Pro x64 for 10 separate licenses) but importing 20 licenses via csv file does not work. Imports only one.
