"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." #49

I get this error message whenever I try to send a search request to Moss. Could someone look into this, please? Thanks. @soachishti

Hey. That happened to me as well, around 8-12 hours ago. That was because 'moss.stanford.edu' was down. It's back, up now. You should be able to test it out.

A quick test I learnt, to see if it is a MOSS issue or a code issue is to try to access 'moss.stanford.edu' in your browser and see if it is up.

Thank you very much for your suggestion, but even if I found 'moss.stanford.edu' doesn't work. It doesn't help my work .

Stanford should improve their network quality.
