Wiki created

I've created a few pages in the Wiki section. My plan is to use it for:

1. organizing project details that don't fit neatly elsewhere in the repo,
2. helpful tips and hints (if applicable), and
3. to keep track of any ideas and information that could get lost if we don't track it somewhere.

The overall goal is that all of our activity around this project has a place (whether in Discussions, Issues, the Wiki, etc.) where we can keep track of it, organize it, and use it to clarify our goals and progress, so that we don't lose momentum or not have anything for current or new members to do.

When adding something new, the choice to use Discussions, the Wiki, Issues, etc., is probably less important than making sure we write things down, communicate, keep track of things, stay motivated, and have things to do.
