Hey there! Not sure if this issue has been reported yet but when I ran the executable, it instantly failed with error "Could Not Find Valid Garry's Mod Manifest".
It was able to detect my SteamLibrary folders on my other drives, but did not find the appmanifest for Garry's Mod on my SSD.
I was able to verify that the appmanifest file did in fact exist, and was just not being picked up by the executable.
Reinstalling Garry's Mod to my home directory was a good workaround for this issue.
