Description

If you double scale your desktop you will have a blurry launcher icon.

gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.xsettings overrides "[{'Gdk/WindowScalingFactor', <2>}]"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface scaling-factor 2

log off and back on

Budgie version

budgie-desktop 10.5.3

Operating system

Ubuntu Budgie 21.10

Steps to reproduce the issue

Apply any SVG vector image as a menu icon

Actual result

Blurry SVG image on launcher
image

Expected result

Clean SVG image
