功能描述
Perplexity API 端点：
https://api.perplexity.ai/chat/completions
OpenAI API 端点：
https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions
主要区别在于OpenAI的端点包含了"/v1/"，而Perplexity的没有。OneAPI无法设置来适配这种差别。
