Ownership change

Looks like nothing has been merged in this repo for 2 years and this plugin-in no longer works with rollup@3. I'd be happy to take over ownership to keep it going. Let's chat

Sorry for the super late reply on this. Got caught up with life

• There was a major semver of @rollup/plugin-node-resolve that broke this
  • retested this, I was wrong
• rollup@3 has some changes that need to be addressed as well
• there are multiple MRs, none of which have been address are all a year+ old

Don't get me wrong here, I get it, maintaining open source free stuff like this is tough, and it's easy to not have the time, lose interest, or whatever. I have passed on ownership of a few projects in the past for that reason

I'm just offering to take this off your hands is all. Else, I'll have some MRs incoming that just asking gets prompt attention is all

Im not using this project for my needs anymore. esbuild covers library packaging needs and webpack covers webapp bundling. I'm okay to transfer ownership.
