Allow Customization of "Add a Block" button text for "Grid" view

What would you like to see added to or changed in Neo, and why?

Would it be possible to have a field where I can customize the text that goes on to the block type button in Grid View?

Right now, all block type buttons say "Add a block" — would be nice to have them all say "Add" or be able to customize them on a per block type basis.

I tried doing this using Localization/Translations but didn't seem to have an affect.
