Add slide-up style animation to tabbed blocks

What would you like to see added to or changed in Neo, and why?

One of the (many) amazing features of Neo is the ability to group fields into logical tabs.

However in more complex content builders, the switch between say the "content" of a block and the "settings" for that block can be quite jarring. Especially if you have several blocks on the page, clicking the tab instantly changes the height of the block and you can lose your place easily.

Would it be possible to add a css transition to the height of a Neo block so that when you switch between tabs there is a swift but perceptible height change so that the user can more easily see what's happening to the interface?

I tried to override it using the Control Panel CSS plugin, but to no success.

It's a little thing, but would help a lot.
