Obfusicate Password Field

Please obfuscate the password field. Not just characters but also character length. I imagine a common scenario for using this would be in public spaces. I do not want the password to be visible by default.

It'd be good to have a eye icon or text to toggle the password visibility if need-be or to even speech synthesize the password out loud for accessibility or for those of us wearing headphones earbuds/hearing aids where audio would be more private and arguably more useful than displaying it on the screen.

A lot of apps on MacOS have access to screen recording permissions and could potentially scrape the password. Same is true for sound ¯_(ツ)_/¯. More options would be great.
