Migration für beginnt und endet Attribute sowie Unique Contraint auf gml_id und konvertierung_id in xp_objekt
Wenn ein neuer Datensatz mit gleicher gml_id und anderer konvertierung_id eingelesen wird, den vorherigen auf endet setzen. Neue immer mit beginnt = now()
Testimport bei dem durch Ausführung der Regeln das Unique Constraint verletzt wird. Validierung muss Fehler triggern.
