In function
JlCompress::compressSubDir

add QDir::Hidden flag to compress hidden files
QFileInfoList files = directory.entryInfoList(QDir::Files|QDir::Hidden|filters);

test office docx , user JlCompress::extractDir and JlCompress::compressDir
