Get all scenes from Studios that begin with a particular word

How to filter out scenes from studios that begin with a particular word. For example, following studios begin with word ABC

1. ABC DE
2. ABC FG
3. ABC HIJK
4. ABC XYZ

It does not look like this is possible using the studio filter item.

Ideally that would require matching with regex, such as ^ABC, to specify the position of the text pattern in studio names. The studio filter item only lets us narrow down the list of studios with a substring match, and then we would still need to manually add each relevant match to the filter item.
