Discovered cards (drakonid operative) not being tracked

When playing against priest (as priest), they get multiple drakonid operatives through netherspite librarian and operative discover. Even though they have played 4-5 the overlay still shows 2x. not sure if this is priest only or a general discover minion bug.

I'm playing on ubuntu and logged the issue there but was told to log it here as it's prob gamewide.
