Hide/unhide details above each journal item

Currently show/hide details works on each journal entry. This is somewhat unpractical as you need to scroll up every time you want to see details on any specific journal entry.

I suggest to add additional button (for instance next to quote, edit buttons) that would show details for that entry only.

Good idea. I do not use this plugin now on and can't promise that I'll work on it the nearest future.
But you are very welcomed to make a pull request.
