Action Addon: Expose API for Logging arbitrary value in Action Logger

The action addon is nice, but I find it limiting that I can't send arbitrary data through it. I find myself having to expand values in the logger just to see anything I care about.

I think it could be as easy as extracting these lines into a function and exporting it. I'd be happy to make a PR for this.
