feat: Add support for Link #1176

Summary

Added Link support in Payment Sheet.
Added the resetPaymentSheetCustomer method to clear persisted authentication state in the PaymentSheet.
Added preferredNetwork and availableNetworks fields to the CardResult payment method.
Upgraded stripe-android to 20.15.+.
Fixed FinancialConnections.Subcategory and FinancialConnections.Permission types to be camel-case instead of snake case.
Upgraded stripe-ios minimum version to 22.8.4
