A forgiving broken 'pitch' block #1873

Sometimes students break their pitch block and have a hard time getting back to where they need it to be.

For example:

I propose the following, in order of what I see as being the more important cases:

  1. (left in image above) User has solfege/alphabet, but does not have octave. When the user clicks in the pitch to get the pie selector menu, they are able to select a number for octave, but no new octave ('number') block is generated for them. (also see video below)
  2. (right in image above) User disconnects their 'pitch' block, but is able to select from the pie menu for octave. I do not see as big of an issue here as I see in the first case, but perhaps we open the pie menu where they may select pitch ('solfege' by default) and we generate a new block for them.
