I think it would be a nice feature if, when "enable scrolling" is on, that, when the user is dragging a block to one of the screen's four edges (top, left, bottom, right), that the screen scrolls. I have experienced this UI feature is some other programs (cannot remember now, but...) I thought it was nice.
