All contributions are welcome and encourage everyone to participate regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
Our standards are as follows:
- Respect different viewpoints and opinions
- Do not harass, attack, or discriminate against others for any reason. We have zero tolerance for harassment
- Communicate professionally and constructively. Do not post spam or go off-topic
- Assume goodwill in conversations. Misunderstandings happen, so give others the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions
Examples of unacceptable behavior include:
- Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal attacks
- Harassing or bullying another person
- Publishing others' private information without their explicit permission
- Posting things unrelated to the topic being discussed
- Other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported here: https://discord.com/users/638378964804698112 All reporters are guaranteed privacy, and your reports will always be kept private and secure.
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate. The following is a list of consequences that you may face if you are found to be breaking the terms of the CoC.
A private warning with an explanation as to why the behavior was not appropriate.
A private or public warning with consequences for continued behavior.
A temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public communication with the community for a specified period of time.
A permanent ban from any sort of public interaction within the community.
This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, and also applies when an individual is officially representing the community in public spaces. Examples of representing our community include using an official e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.
