  • Port OpenBuildSystem Webhook to new OBS repo
  • Add OpenBuildSystem token for automatic PUT API requests

@mia-0 actually still maintains the old OBS repos now. We could give her permissions for the new repo and migrate, but I'm not sure how to "redirect" users from the existing repo.
