退会に失敗するとアラームが残ったままになってしまうかも知れない。
見た目上はアラームが存在しないのに電話がかかってくる状態になってしまう。

DynamoDBに前のユーザーのアラームが残ってしまっていることを確認。
退会処理で何かしらエラーが残ってしまっている？
