How to feed inputs in Visual Studio command line?

Hi all,
I want to run the code with YouTube data set in Visual Studio 2012. Should I make some changes in code to read the inputs from cmd (When I run the code in VS with Ctrl+F5)? I mean my main issue is how to feed input (as the desired format you mentioned: -train network_file -output embedding_file -binary 1 -size 200 -order 2 -negative 5 -samples 100 -rho 0.025 -threads 20) to the program in Visual Studio command line? There is no point for taking me the inputs!
