Hi - asset-rack looks super-awesome! It's been a breeze to set up so far, and I have it deploying content to s3 automatically, etc. Thanks!

My app is hosted on heroku and I can't write to a rack.json file as indicated in https://github.com/techpines/asset-rack#running-in-production-mode . Is there a way to add the hostname property without writing to rack.json?
