Article Layout Builder Formatting Problems?

Hello Astroid Community

Is it possible that there is a bug when using Icons and other items such as padding in the Article Layout Builder?

I am noticing weirdness such as:

Selected Icon disappears periodically in the back end.
Displays default Purple Color despite having an alternative color selected.
Despite Text Alignment being set to Center it is left centred.
I believe there are issues with padding between eg Text and Button Widgets

Is it just me or does even switching menus and refreshing a couple of times give different results?

I am using the exact same Article Layout Widgets on both English and German pages.
