Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I forget quotes around a value, I get an opaque error message:

Describe the solution you'd like

An error message like:

Invalid List Filter: the right side of `ExecutionStatus = Running` should be a string (needs quotes around it).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Server interprets Running as "Running" and doesn't return error.
