Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I never deleted test cases and don't wanna do it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add possibility to relocate deprecated test case like archive or folder like "trash bin" but test case never deleted automaticity

Describe alternatives you've considered
Add possibility to archived test
